Kate Middleton Would Have Better Valentine's Plans Than Everyone Else

Emilio Banks | 06 February, 2017, 01:10

Kate might just have the right idea about one of the dumbest holidays of all time.

Around 150 competitors who are running for the umbrella organisation will be joined by the royal trio on the London Marathon Community Track at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in east London on Sunday for a training session.

Kate Middleton will spend Valentine's Day this year away from her husband, Prince William.

From their royal tours across the globe to those adorable family ski trips, Kate Middleton and Prince William are proof traveling together makes the heart grow fonder.

William, perhaps aware he would be beat by his more athletic sibling, had quipped moments before the start: "Oh, my hamstring!"

Runners at the event were raising funds for Heads Together, which works to end the stigma surrounding mental health issues and help find resources for those who are suffering.

It aims to change the national conversation on mental well-being to a positive one, and is a partnership between eight charities that provide front-line mental health support. Prince William was not mentioned in the statement released by Kensington Palace so it's unclear if he will join Kate on her tour or not.

The training day was organised for runners taking part in the marathon for Heads Together - an umbrella organisation spearheaded by the three royals. Instead, the Duchess will be heading to Cambridgeshire outside of London, England, to meet air cadets at an air force base.
